We got busy. We had kids. We fell in love with them like we fell in love with each other. As they grew up their lives became our priority. Our jobs required a lot of our attention and time. Nights seemed to draw shorter likely from exhaustion. Sleep became more important than our intimate moments. We changed to accommodate our lifestyle and others. What is the type of coaching you do?

All the tools I teach are unique and designed to support causal coaching. Unlike coaches who coach on goals setting and creating action steps, I focus on finding the causes of my client’s issues instead of simply treating their symptoms. For example, physical pain (symptom) can be treated with medication temporarily. But if you find the cause of the physical pain (broken bone) and treat it, the need for the medication is eliminated. The same is true with emotional pain. I don’t teach clients how to manage their pain, I teach them how to reduce and eliminate it by finding its cause. I combine casual coaching with the knowledge of how the brain works to help my clients create mental clarity and brain health to help you have a positive mindset, healthy functioning brain and creating a place in the brain to emotionally and spiritually grow. A healthy brain = healthy marriage.

What is Casual Coaching?

Casual Coaching is different than regular coaching styles that only focus on goal setting and taking action steps. A casual coach focuses on finding the cause of their clients’ issue instead of simply treating the symptoms. For example, physical pain (symptom) can be treated with medication temporarily. But if you find the cause of the physical pain (broken bone) and treat it, the need for the medication is eliminated. The same is true with emotional pain. A casual coach teaches their clients how to manage their pain and teaches them how to reduce and eliminate it by finding its cause.

What is a Certified Brain Health Coach?

A Brain Health Coach with Amen Clinics goes through a 95 hour plus course with Dr. Amen of Amen Clinics and after completion of the program must pass an extensive test before practicing. They must also hold to the standards of Amen Clinics and continuing education. They are able to instruct clients and industries on these topics;
